Canal Water Quality Data
The Authority’s monitoring consists of routine sampling of the Neches River and its tributaries. Water quality data collection and processing activities are the responsibility of LNVA’s environmental analysts. Water quality parameters monitored include dissolved oxygen saturation, total alkalinity, calcium, chloride, true color, conductivity, hardness, total iron, manganese, pH, temperature, total suspended solids, total dissolved substances, turbidity and others as necessary. Water quality parameters are established by TCEQ.
