Pate also serves as the Regional Vice President of CHRISTUS Health Southeast Texas. She was appointed by Governor Abbot in 2014.
In addition to serving on the board for LNVA she also serves on the Beaumont Chamber of Commerce and is an active member in the Rotary Club of Beaumont. She also served as a legislative aide to: State Representative Mark Stiles; State Comptroller Bob Bullock; and Senator Roy Blake. In addition, she served as the coordinator for the Deep East Texas County Commissioners and Judges Association, giving a voice to rural areas in state government.
