Director Scott is the current chairman of the Jefferson and Orange County Board of Pilot Commissioners and treasurer of the Baytown & West Chambers County Economic Development Foundation. Additionally, he is vice president of the Gay D. & William F. Scott Foundation and board member of the Baytown Chamber of Commerce. Scott received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
